President and Sister McKee

For those who are interested, here is the blog of President and Sister McKee, serving as Mission President in the Tennessee Nashville Mission. Sister McKee has recently had a series of severe health complications, but thanks to the grace of God, much faith, and thousands of prayers on her behalf, she seems to be on her way to making a miraculous recovery. We petition our own family and friends to pray for her and President McKee as they are truly on the Lord's Errand. We are excited to get there and thrust in our own sickles alongside such a wonderful couple, who we've already come to love! http://presidentandsistermckee.blogspot.com/

And it begins!

We have finished our first day at the MTC and it was filled from eleven until 3:30pm. We stayed at Barbara Blanc's overnite after a quiet trip to Provo.  We arrived at the MTC about 10:30am after a wonderful breakfast at Mimi's, favorite spot in town. We ate in the same booth where we first met. We then bought a couple of ties for me and then went on to the MTC.

The MTC is using the Marriott hotel to put up some seniors and we were lucky enough to be selected.  Our guess is they picked people who drove their cars. Lovely hotel. It has been added on to and the rooms are quite nice. We are going back up to our room now to study for tomorrow.
